Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Administrate & manage the Authority’s annual vacation leave
- Prepare employee job letters
- Assists in the completion of and reviews of medical & NIS claims
- Assist with the procurement of staff uniforms
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of the Authority’s staff training plan.
- Schedule training and development course/programs.
- Assist with updating employee files and retrieving employee information upon request.
- Assist with the maintenance and updates of employee records and database.
- Assist with handling disciplinary matters & staff evaluations.
- Schedule & participate in committees and meetings.
- Assist with supervising the junior administrative staff
- Assist with managing the Authority’s correspondence.
- Assist with organizing events on behalf of the Authority.
The successful applicant should possess the following minimum qualification and experience:
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration or a related discipline.
- At least three (3) years of experience in the field of Human Resources.

- Ability to prioritize work and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Ability to exercise good judgement in identifying and handling confidential information.
